No. All admission sales are final and non-refundable.

No. Party deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your date, time, and staffing.

Yes. We’re happy to help with rescheduling pending availability. Reschedule requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability and any applicable fees.

Yes. All children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. WonderKids staff are present for safety monitoring and assistance but do not provide individual child supervision. Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the play areas.

Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for their child’s entry into and exit from the facility. WonderKids staff do not monitor individual child departures.  For safety reasons, children may not enter or leave the facility without a parent or legal guardian.

Yes. Socks are required for both children and adults in the play areas, Our Grip socks are HIGHLY recommended for safety. If you forget socks, no problem—our grip socks are available for purchase at the front desk.

No outside food or beverages are permitted unless approved by management. We offer a full café with coffee, mocktails, fresh juices, sandwiches, desserts, build-your-own waffle sticks, and more.

Birthday celebrations with cakes or cupcakes are only permitted for guests who have booked a party package and are using one of our private party rooms. Table-top birthdays, outside cakes, or cupcakes are not allowed in our general play areas.

No. WonderKids is not a nut-free or allergen free facility. Please inform our staff of any food allergies before ordering.

No reservations are required. We welcome walk-ins! Availability is subject to capacity.

No. All-Day Play is valid for one continuous visit only. Re-entry is not allowed, and children may not be dropped off or supervised in shifts by different adults.

Yes. A signed waiver is required for all participants before entering our space. Waivers must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

No. Pets are not permitted inside WonderKids, with the exception of service animals.

Due to space limitations, large strollers are not permitted inside the facility. We recommend leaving large strollers in your vehicle when possible.

Adults may assist younger children as needed, but play equipment is designed for children ages 0–8. Adults are asked to follow all posted rules and use equipment safely.

Please notify a staff member immediately if there is an injury or unsafe condition. Children who are sick, injured, or showing signs of illness should not use the play areas.

No. WonderKids toys and equipment are for use inside the facility only and may not be taken.

No. Please do not hit, shake, or tamper with games or claw machines. Misuse may result in removal from play.

Yes! WonderKids offers birthday parties and private events. Party rooms and event spaces are reserved for scheduled events only. Please visit our Parties & Events page for more details.

Your booked child count is your guaranteed base and cannot be reduced after booking.

If additional children attend, we will do our best to accommodate them based on availability, capacity, and staffing, at an additional per-child charge.

Final headcount for any additional children must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event and is subject to approval by WonderKids management. 

Yes! We’re open late, making WonderKids a great place to meet friends for coffee and dessert or enjoy a relaxed family dinner while the kids play.
