To ensure a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and follow the policies outlined below.

General Rules

• All children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

• WonderKids staff are present for safety monitoring and assistance but do not provide individual child supervision.

• Socks are required for both children and adults within the play areas. Forgot socks? No worries—our special grip socks are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & available for purchase at the front desk.

• No shoes, food, drinks, or chewing gum are allowed inside the play structures.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by management.

• Play equipment must be used as intended and in a safe manner at all times.

• Please do not hit, shake, or tamper with the games or claw machines.

• WonderKids toys and equipment must remain inside the facility and may not be taken.

• All play admission purchases are final and non-refundable.
• No sharp objects or firearms are permitted inside the facility.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service.  

Age & Height Guidelines

• Certain play areas may have age, height, or weight restrictions for safety reasons.

• Toddler and designated play zones are reserved for younger children only.

• Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the play areas.

• Older children and adults are asked to respect all posted restrictions.

Health & Safety

• Children who are sick, injured, or showing signs of illness should not use the play areas.

• For everyone’s safety, our play area is socks-only for both children and adults. Grip socks are highly recommended and can be purchased on-site for $3.99.

• Any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions must be reported to staff immediately.
• Rough play, pushing, climbing on nets, or intentional collisions are not permitted.

• WonderKids is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Waivers & Admission

• A signed waiver is required for all participants prior to entering the space.

• Admission fees apply to all children.

• No re-entry is allowed with an all-day pass.

Behavior & Conduct

• Respectful behavior toward other guests and staff is required at all times.

• Abusive language, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave without a refund if policies are not followed.

Parties & Events

• Party deposits are non-refundable.

• Party rooms and event spaces are reserved for scheduled events only.

• No outside food, beverages, entertainment, or décor are allowed unless approved by management.

• Confetti, glitter, open flames, or wall adhesives are not permitted.

• Guests must follow staff instructions during organized activities or events.

Facility Use & Operations

• Management reserves the right to modify hours, close specific play areas, or limit capacity for safety, cleaning, or private events.

• Play is at your own risk. By entering the facility, guests agree to follow all posted rules and policies.

• WonderKids is not responsible for injuries or damages.
